Description: If one is looking for a site to explain what hexadecimal colors are, this is the site that will provide a step by step understanding of how computer coloring is made. The site starts with an explanation of a base ten system then proceeds to explain displaying color. The site then explains a hexadecimal sixteen system and then leads into hexadecimal coloring. Overall the site help in the understanding of what hexadecimal coloring is and how it works. This site is highly recommended.
