Marcus' Strengths material, and other related material from www.gallup.com/press. I have used it with students and employees and HIGHLY recommend you spend time in it. I know this sounds very cliche, but it really did change my life for the better.

I only spent 5 minutes on this site, but I have spent A LOT of time in the Strengths material from Gallup.

Great insights, the most important outcome is how to look at weaknesses through the lenses of our strengths.
