Description:
The Virtual Cell is a java program that is used to create mathematical models of cell biology processes. You create compartments of cells with membranes, enzymes and metabolites and also set up reaction rates and transport rates between compartments. The simulation runs and shows the changes over time and whether a stable state is achieved.
