Converting MSWord and PowerPoint Accessibility Best Practices from Version 2003 to Version 2007
The goal for this module is to provide an easily accessible resource of translating the techniques for enhancing access to information in MS Word documents and PowerPoint presentations commonly used by instructors for creating syllabi, handouts, and/or lectures in Microsoft 2003 and 2007 software. This module focuses on best practices for creating these types of documents. The module provides step by step instructions for creating accessible syllabi, handouts, and PowerPoint documents in Microsoft 2003 with a comparison to the practices in Microsoft 2007.
