This video has been developed as an adjunct resource for Residents in Anatomic Pathology training.

This narrated Adobe Presenter video presentation, is a basic introduction to the fundamental elements of Gross Pathology Photography. The concepts and techniques discussed, apply to both Surgical Pathology and Autopsy Pathology photography. Topics include: appropriate photo documentation of pathology specimens (including "gross only" specimens, medical devices and foreign bodies), appropriate handling and presentation of specimens, equipment care, background selection and specimen framing.
