However, individual settings on your computer may change the display of and your experience with the course. For an optimal learning experience: Set your screen display (in your Control Panel) to 1024 x 768 so that you do not have to scroll to see the entire course screen Turn off pop-up blocker (if you have pop-up blocker turned on, you will not be able to view course pop-up boxes) Consider adjusting the Screen Saver time settings so that brief interruptions do not result in your computer “going to sleep” and closing your current session of the course Turn your audio volume up so that you can hear the course narration, videos, and Mentor Tip audio Download the most current version of Macromedia Acrobat Player or Flash Player (see System Requirements) if necessary If a blank or white screen appears, press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh your browser Instructions for performing these tasks vary from computer to computer based on model and version, so check your user’s guide for specific directions.
