This simulation allows students to determine enzymatic activity for six enzyme/substrate pairs. Conditions of temperature and pH can be set to determine optimal conditions for each pair. Data is collected from a simulated spectrophotometer. Students are then asked to graph data to determine optimal conditions. This is part of a series of simulations designed for the general biology lab.
