Hello I am Rochelle Miller; I am Graduate Student of Texas A&M University in the Master of Science degree with Specialization in Training And Development. I am presenting this project to the class EDUC 616, Spring 2012 under the direction of Professor Doctor Richard Lumadue, PhD The Learning objectives is how the design an active learning teaching environment. The target audiences are students, faculty, instructors, teachers, education administrators, and parents, and perhaps everybody that is interesting in learning activities. What Is Active Learning? Active learning is when the students are given the opportunity to take a more interactive relationship with the subject matter of a course. In an active learning environment, teachers facilitate rather than dictate, and the active learning engages your students wile is helping the instructors and teachers to assure they are truly understand the assignment.
