This is a very educational website for people of all ages (because even I learned many things when I visited), but the site is geared towards students (kindergarten through high school). The website is easy to use and very informative. This site was organized in 2004 to improve student’s knowledge of Tennessee because unfortunately, many public school students have no Tennessee history or civics textbook, even though students in about half of the grades are required to learn parts of the subject every school year. Because of this, it is more important than ever that students’ have a place to go for information on Tennessee history.
