This is a mega site for teachers. There is a wealth of materials that are free for teachers to use and download. It is multi-grade and miltidisciplinary. Because it is a product of the BBC, it offers materials from a global perspective. The only thing that was a minus is that it takes way too long to view a video.

Time spent reviewing site: 30 minutes

If you live outside the U.K., you can still access BBC's Learning Zone video collection in your classroom using www.youtube.com/user/teachers .

Type in the clip number and subject that you are searching for and enjoy watching their video. You can also skip beginning Ads and go directly to the video you want to watch.

BBC has launched a global iPlayer App to show BBC Programming outside UK on iPods and iPads. The majority of BBC Learning Zone videos can only be downloaded in UK, Canada, and Australia.
