Description:

After publishing a book on the intelligence of gut instincts, "What's Behind Your Belly Button? A Psychological Perspective of Human Nature and Gut Instinct", my collieague Robert Sterling and I had a number of teachers of introductory psychology and self-esteen classes, as well as counselors, email us and ask us if we had any educational materials that could be used as handouts to assist in teaching people how to become aware of gut feelings and how to use gut feelings for healthy life choices, reduction of stress, and relationship building. You will find on this web page some educational handout materials we have created for this purpose and we are continuing to add to the four that you will find. We would also suggest our book as the best reference.
