There are many good resources here. I found a simulation showing natural selection with the peppered moths of England. This is a good example of natural selection and the simulation makes it easy for the students to understand.

The website is a good resource for teachers and is organized nicely.  It has lots of activites and worksheets that can be used in the classroom.  Under the "Petri Dish" section there are useful pictures to show the students too.
