Description:
This website was designed to show how corporate culture affects the development of an organization. One of the most important factors that shape corporate culture is the relationship between leaders/managers and subordinates. The authors utilize various leadership theories such as the Leader/Member Exchange theory, Vroom and Yetton's Normative Decision Making theory, and the Mintzbers Studies on Motivation to demonstrate how strong leader/subordinate relations are essential for creating a positive corporate culture.
