The aim of this innovative project is to provide an intelligently chosen, well-translated, and comprehensive anthology of Russian poetry from its beginnings in the 18th century to the contemporary scene..."

An extensive collection of articles and poetry by famous Russian and Soviet poets. There are translations and archival resources, including side by side poems in English and Russian.  There's a selection of previously unheard archived resources with sound.

Everyone has a favorite poet (or more than one), and favorite poems-although your particular piece may not be on this site,  the RussianPoetry.Net project is a  huge endeavor by dedicated specialists whose goal is to introduce Anglophone world to  Russian language, poetry, and culture.
