I spent about 30 minutes going through the various links and reviewing the
material.

This website is adequate for an experienced Project Manager, but is not geared
towards a person new to Project Management.

Technical Remarks:

The website is straightforward and easy to navigiate. However, it's not
interactive and is geared to be used as a research tool.
