This is a QR code. A QR Code is a 2-dimensional barcode, which has encoded in it a URL (web address), text, or other information. It can be read by a QR code scanner, including QR scanner smartphone apps. Once you have an app installed on your smartphone, open the app and hold your phones camera over a QR code to read it. Most QR codes youll come across have a URL encoded, so chances are when you read the QR code it will take you to a web page.

I am planning on adding this material to a packet of support materials which will be used by a small cohort of faculty as they develop collaborative learnng projects. Will comment again after I get feedback from faculty.

After reviewing the content of the website, I employed this strategy within my own college methods course. The students enjoyed the collaborative method, indicating that it was a strategy to place in their "toolboxes." The website provides specific information implementing the strategy in the classroom and could be of value to any teacher-leader.

My students enjoyed this activity. It went extremely well, to the point where it will be utilized again. The students wanted to repeat the activity the following day, so we continued an extended lesson on Emily Dickinson because of their enthusiasm.
