It can be read by a QR code scanner, including QR scanner smartphone apps. Once you have an app installed on your smartphone, open the app and hold your phones camera over a QR code to read it. Most QR codes youll come across have a URL encoded, so chances are when you read the QR code it will take you to a web page.

The Digital Library is a valuable online resource of peer-reviewed and published international journal articles and proceedings papers on the latest research, developments, and applications related to all aspects of Educational Technology and E-Learning.
A good resource that lists a number of journals (e.g. Contemporary Issues in Technology & Teacher Education (CITE)) and conference proceedings (e.g. World Conference on Educational Multimedia, Hypermedia and Telecommunications (EDMEDIA)) about educational technology and e-learning. What is particularly useful is its search engine that allows you to search for keywords across all its journals and proceedings. The advanced search allows you to limit your search to only journals or proceedings, or particular journals and proceedings. However, it should be noted that to take full advantage of this service you must purchase an Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE) membership. (e.g. a professional membership that gives access to all six journals is $370.00 US.) This site is therefore not for the casual user just wishing to look something up on the fly, but for someone seriously interested in pedagogy.
