Response-O-Matic is a free online form processor. It allows you to design online surveys almost any way you want, asking your visitors as many questions as you like. The form submissions are e-mailed to you every time a visitor to your Web site and fills out your survey. This exercise assumes that you have existing knowledge on how to create web pages using Microsoft FrontPage. To create the e-mail survey, you will need to open a browser, notepad, and your FrontPage web.
