Teaches Queuing to and a little Simulation, using a Visual Basic macro in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Contains three analytical queuing models, plus a worksheet linked to a Visual Basic macro that runs a simulation of a single-stage, multi-server, finite-capacity queue. Service times and inter-arrival times are very flexible, modeled by the Gamma distribution, which includes Exponential as a special case.
