This is a QR code. A QR Code is a 2-dimensional barcode, which has encoded in it a URL (web address), text, or other information. It can be read by a QR code scanner, including QR scanner smartphone apps. Once you have an app installed on your smartphone, open the app and hold your phones camera over a QR code to read it. Most QR codes youll come across have a URL encoded, so chances are when you read the QR code it will take you to a web page.

This app is an ECG rhythm monitor/defibrillator simulator. It generates 24 of the most common ECG rhythms, defibrillates (simulation), and monitors the simulated patient. It has 33 pre-set scenarios for ACLS, PALS, and NRP courses and allows you to control the simulation. You can also create your own custom scenarios.
It can display 20 different chest X-Rays for medical and trauma scenarios and also shows up to 11 different EtCO2 waveforms. You can show and change the patient's blood pressure throughout the scenario. There are sound effects for the blood pressure being taken, and the defibrillator charging and delivering a shock to make the scenarios more realistic. You can hide/unhide buttons for the different vital signs as the student is applying different monitoring devices. You can also set custom energy levels for synchronized cardioversion/defibrillation and keep track of all the shocks delivered.
This app is very useful for training purposes and it is convenient with minimal equipment.
