Worldreader fights global illiteracy with e-readers
This is a 7 minute interview video with David Risher, founder and CEO of Worldreader, telling about how Worldreader is trying to improve the reading of people in African countries that have high illiteracy because they do not have access to books. In some cases the libraries have been closed and locked. They do this by taking e-readers and loading them with international and local books of interest to the people in that country. Then handing them out to children.
