The Drucker Foundation Self-Assessment Tool provides a process for nonprofit organizations to clarify mission, define results, set goals, and develop a focused plan. Although one can purchase the "Tool", there is plenty of information at this site for free to educate about strategic planning, including some sample plans from Girl Scouts to the Chicago Children's Choir.
