I understand that an ad-supported document might be a little awkward to use in a class setting, but it is free. An ad-free version is available here: https://premium.bookboon.com/books/details/view/id/9950034b-c55b-4b50-b8bb-a2ad00f62deb?affiliate=8yzjaj7y2vj0sAqZj3NP7boRBwzgXM It's no longer free, but the price is modest compared to traditional textbooks. Maybe it can be useful to some for classes.

I have used this material (together with the Exercise book posted here too) for a flipped Calculus II course and I think it worked pretty well. I wanted to share, hoping it might be useful to others. Feedback welcome!
