Animé depuis 1982 par Dominique Gallet et Mona Makki, il a pour vocation de favoriser une véritable connaissance mutuelle entre la cinquantaine de peuples ayant en commun l'usage de la langue française et de développer dans les opinions publiques une prise de conscience communautaire francophone.

This site was great for listening to people who are actually speaking French. It was helpful to me when they showed the subtitles in the videos, so I could understand tricky words. It was also helpful to be able to study for the tests through this website.

What a delightful site for those who want to listen to more French and practice listening! The video opens as I enter the site and I was able to navigate and explore without any problem. I particularly liked the subtitled videos as some of my students prefer to know exactly what is going on. I just wish that they let me know how recent or the exact date of the events portrayed.

Technical Remarks:

I have a Fios and the feed kept on stopping. My students might get frustrated.
