Adventures in Statistics is a free online learning resource designed to teach students statistics. Comprised of five lively and engaging learning episodes that are each 10 to 15 minutes, students are taken through storylines, exercises, assignments and more.
At the heart of these modules are fun situations, quirky characters, and animated diagrams that put students at ease and facilitate their ability to grasp concepts covered in an introductory statistics course.
In these modules, students will test squirrel intelligence, help aliens decide whether or not to invade Earth, help a 1970’s disco king decide if it’s profitable to open a record store, and more.
