Description:
This is an interactive website containing information on music history, style, professions, theory, instruments, and games. The history ranges from medieval times to 20th century, including the instruments of the time, vocal music, and examples of some composers. There is a glossary of musical terms for those not familiar with them. There should also be explanations of basic instrument structure as individuals not familiar with it might have trouble understanding some of the descriptions of the older instruments. The composer list is not complete, but does contain the men/women that were important in the progression of musical eras.
