Integrating Onsite and Distance Learning in a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education Program

Teacher education programs with a specialized focus, such as preparing candidates to become teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing (D/HH), continually face the challenges of providing quality programs with small numbers of students and faculty. Online learning may offer opportunities for programs to maximize student access to such programs, enhance instructor effectiveness and provide new ways for students to learn and interact through technology.
