I really enjoyed using the simulation and so did my students. Many had never
taken an accounting course before and all are studying to be chefs- despite
these challenges, we found the simulation greatly enhanced the learning
experience in the Cost Control class.

I really enjoyed the online tutorials and the optional writing assignments as
well. The tutorials allowed the students to review material at their own pace
and the additional writing assignments enhanced both critical thinking skills
and the writing across the curriculum requirements for the college

Technical Remarks:

The tech support personnell are wonderful. We experienced a few problems with
Windows NT and they were able to walk us through them. The students were very
impressed with the help and support that was available.
