Description:
This exercise teaches students to recognize copyright as a method for establishing property rights and also to connect downloading free music to the abstract concept of property rights. Articles expousing both sides of the debate are provided. Worksheets are also provided to test students' abilities to understand property rights as the right to 1) possess, 2) control, 3) exchange, and 4) protect property.
