1. Time Spent: 10 minutes
2. Content Quality: The site is a collection of suggested optimizing actions
submitted. They are not ordered in a particular fashion and the ability to
search for a particular problem is not present. The usefulness of content varies
by submitter.
3. Teaching Effectiveness: This site is primarily geared for advanced Visual
Basic programmers. This is not designed for novice programmers.
4. Ease of Use: All examples are contained on the same page so with one link you
have access to all the material.
