This is a QR code. A QR Code is a 2-dimensional barcode, which has encoded in it a URL (web address), text, or other information. It can be read by a QR code scanner, including QR scanner smartphone apps. Once you have an app installed on your smartphone, open the app and hold your phones camera over a QR code to read it. Most QR codes youll come across have a URL encoded, so chances are when you read the QR code it will take you to a web page.

MENC is the largest and oldest national organization dedicated to music education in the public schools. MENC is an umbrella organization which houses associate organizations and maintains alliances with numerous special interest organizations and groups.
MENC's mission is "To advance music education as a profession and to ensure that every child in America has access to a balanced, sequential, high-quality education that includes music as a core subject of study."
Of special note is MENC's leadership role -- along with the American Alliance for Theatre & Education, National Art Education Association, and National Dance Association -- in the development of the National Standards for Music Education.
