This web site is useful because it clearly describes Mitosis and Meiosis step by step. It includes vocabulary and pictures of each step so the student can see and read about what is going on. This therefore caters to many different learning styles. This web site is useful for teaching in a Living Environment class. The students when they are home can refer back to this website when studying for their test.

This web site is useful because it clearly describes in detail all the different biomes and their characteristics. It also provides various real life pictures of the organisms in each type of biome. This website would be used for a living environment class.

This website includes many different links for descriptive sites on body systems. Each body system is clearly described step by step along with detailed pictures. Furthermore it contains information on nutrients and how people can stay healthy. This website therefore can positively influence my students of how to eat right and know what unhealthy items do to their bodies This would be used in a living environment class.

This website describes all the parts of the cell and their functions. It contains detailed colorful pictures with enlarged views of the organelles in the cell. It also contains recordings for the students to both watch and listen to in order to see the process of the organelles in a cell. This therefore is a useful website for visual and auditory learners. This website can be used in a living environment class.
