This is a 10 lesson unit on oceans that I did in a fifth grade classroom. There are three experiments that introduce several properties of water including precipitation, pressure, and density. Technology is also integrated throughout the lesson via the internet, and powerpoint. Also integrated is biology, the water cycle, oceanic geography, and more.
