Our Vision is to improve knowledge and empower students, alums, and our global community leaders by strengthening individual success through exposure to experts in related fields of professional development that will create confidence in the classroom and workplace. Additionally, the mission is to educate and support seniors and juniors before graduation and graduate students to Retool Professional Development skills through introducing an innovative new world of technology. Dr. Deborah Chisom is the Assistant Vice President of Avon Williams Graduate & Professional Development Online Services for the Smart Innovation Technology Center at Tennessee State University, Nashville, Tennessee.
Dr. Chisom is a true-blue TSU alum; she earned her bachelor's, Master's, Educational Specialist, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
Dr. Chisom remains the Executive Director at Tennessee State University. As the Executive Director, she oversees eSports, OER (Open Educational Resources), TigerSMART Podcast, and TSU Alumni Engagement and currently working under the leadership of Acting Vice President Dr. Robbie Melton.

Dr. Effua Ampadu-Moss is one of the Directors of Graduate and Professional Development of SMART Innovative Technologies. She is a native of Columbus, Ohio; Dr. Ampadu-Moss has received her bachelor's from Kent State University in Exercise Science Physiology and obtained her master's and Doctorates from Tennessee State University in Sports Administration, and her Doctorates Educational Leadership. 

Dr. Ampadu-Moss oversees eSports, OER (Open Educational Resources), TigerSMART Podcast, and TSU Alumni Engagement and currently works under the leadership of Executive Director Dr. Deborah Chisom and Associate Vice President Dr. Robbie Melton of the SMART Innovation Technology Center at Tennessee State University.
