https://www.merlot.org/merlot/viewMaterial.htm?id=827400
This book is a guide through a playlist of Calculus instructional videos. The format, level of details and rigor, and progression of topics are consistent with a semester long college level second Calculus course, or equivalently, together with the first workbook, an AP Calculus BC course. The book further provides simple summary of videos, written definitions and statements, worked out examples--even though fully step-by-step solutions are to be found in the videos-- and an index. The playlist and the book are divided into 16 thematic learning modules. Exercises, some with and some without solutions, and sample tests with solutions are provided in a separate companion manual. The book can be used for self study, or as a textbook for a Calculus course following the “flipped classroom” model.Fri, 17 Jan 2014 07:04:31 -0800Active and Engaged Learning in MATH 143 Calculus III

https://www.merlot.org/merlot/viewMaterial.htm?id=511453
According to Student PIRGS, "Book of Proof is an introduction to the language and methods of mathematical proofs. The text is meant to bridge the computational courses that students typically encounter in their first years of college (such as calculus or differential equations) to more theoretical, proof-based courses such as topology, analysis and abstract algebra. Topics include sets, logic, counting, methods of conditional and non-conditional proof, disproof, induction, relations, functions and infinite cardinality.Although this book may be more meaningful to the student who has had some calculus, there is no prerequisite other than a measure of mathematical maturity. The text is an expansion and refinement of the author's lecture notes developed over ten years of teaching proof courses at Virginia Commonwealth University. The text is catered to the program at VCU to an extent, but the author kept the larger audience of undergraduate mathematics students in mind.Wed, 5 Jan 2011 13:12:47 -0800Calculus-Volume 3: OpenStax College

Calculus-Volume 3, volume three of a three volume Calculus series, is an Open Textbook offered by OpenStax College. Calculus-Volume 3 is designed for a typical two or three semester Calculus course and it divided into three volumes to enhance student learning and offer instructors flexibility and efficiency. Calculus-Volume 3 covers parametric equations, polar coordinates, vectors, functions of several variables, and second-order differential equations. In addition, OpenStax College has compiled additional resources that directly coincide with your book from online homework and interactive study guides to faculty-only resources.Wed, 16 Mar 2016 13:36:35 -0700CALCULUS.ORG

https://www.merlot.org/merlot/viewMaterial.htm?id=827413
This book is the exercise companion to A youtube Calculus Workbook (part II). Its structures in modules mirrors that of the workbook. The book includes, for 31 topics, a worksheet of exercises without solutions, which are typically meant to be either worked out in class with the help of the teacher or assigned, a homework set consisting of exercises similar to those of the worksheet, and the complete solutions of the homework sets. It also contains four mock tests with solutions, and a sample final exam with solutions.Additionally, a brief discussion of the use of the Workbook and the exercise book in a flipped classroom model is included.Fri, 17 Jan 2014 07:11:58 -0800Harvey Mudd College Math Tutorial
