Have each student in the class adopt one element. Give them a list of information they must find: the year and how it was discovered, who discovered it, what it is used for, its mass, etc. You can adjust the difficulty and applications of information based on grade level. Also give the students a rubric about how their poster will be graded. You can have them include pictures, drawings, etc.
