Two files are attached. The first is a powerpoint file that contains a self paced tutorial on how to generate a standard curve. The second file contains the excel spreadsheet used to generate the figures. This should not be given to the students, as it is what they are supposed to generate.

Learning Objectives

The goal of this module is to introduce the basic mathematics that describe enzyme kinetics. Students should become familiar with using spread sheets to calculate the amount of cholesterol in a sample.
