The lesson plan write up is worded wonderfully to aid in application of the lessons.  This lesson incorporates instructional video and complex groupwork in order to electronically develop a graph of the motion.  The spreadsheet skills from a program like Excel are mostly transferable to other spreadsheet programs.  I find this lesson easily implementable and a great aid in understanding spreadsheet software.

Technical Remarks:

I found no technical issues.
