What librarians can do to promote open access.

Rating: 4 stars

This is a good paper about the use of institutional repositories and OA peer-reviewed journals, and importance of faculty publishing its research to improve the visibility of the university.  It goes along with what MERLOT is trying to do.  Libraries have always been the keepers of research and librarians should promote OA.
