I spent approx one hour on the first day and about fifteen minutes on the second day. The paper discusses the learning theories but what was more interesting is how the paper demonstrated the relationship between the learning theories and their application to learning and teaching using educational technology. Of significance for me is how easily it suggests the effective use of these learning theories to online teaching and learning. Simultaneously, it describes the historical development of educational technology and how this development paralleled the development of new and modification of other learning theories. Quite obviously then, if these are appropriately used, faculty's teaching and students' learning will be enhanced. I found the site easy to navigate.
I do not consider myself computer 'savvy' but I found it easy to use so I see no reason for first time users to find it difficult. Broad headings or the option of topics or authors etc. facilitate the navigation of this site.
