This site includes a pdf file that is essentially a document describing the Structure & Function of Major Cell Components. Both text and pictures are shown to provide good information about cell structure and function. At the time of this review, the document was 62 pages long and probably not detailed enough as a full textbook for a course, but certainly enough to give students background information for a course on Cell Biology.
