In addition, those resources are very helpful for researchers to use them for developing and improving in progress research works. All content is reviewed and approved by AMS editors. As works in progress, these are living documents.

There is a sophisticated advanced search tool that includes search by level, note type and topic (although curiously, for example “calculus” does not appear as a topic option for undergraduate level). Notes can often be downloaded as pdf or zip files.
