This self-paced tutorial developed with funding from the Minority Opportunities in Research (MORE) division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH)/National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) provides information on program evaluation. The resources developed by the American Physiological Society (APS) are the result of a four-year effort, Promoting Effective Program Evaluation (RU13 GM56019). After reading the excellent review I was anxious to review the material only to see that the site is currently being reviewed and is only available on CD. Can a note  or flag be attached to materials that are not available for use?
