Introduction

My mission statement: I plan to graduate from the University of Southern Indiana with a BS in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics. Upon graduation, I will attend Murray State University to complete a Dietetic Internship and obtain a Masters in Applied Science and Nutrition. Food and nutrition have impacted my life in a wide range consisting of food insecurity, disordered eating, health complications, and athletic performance. Through researched based knowledge of food and nutrition, my mission is to be able to help people in all life cycle stages live their lives to their full potential. I believe proper nutrition education and access is the start. Ideally, my goal is to work in an eating disorder facility to educate and improve those who vulnerable.
