Research Experience

Up to this point, I have only participated in research and have learned about various researches in my Psychology class. From participating in these researches conducted by fellow students, I have learned that everyone goes through life differently. No matter how someone looks, what their culture background is, or how one choses to live life does not affect how one should be treated.

As a first semester junior, I had the opportunity to work with senior students on a research project with the University's softball team. The project taught the athletes various recipes, how to prepare and store produce, convenient ways to use leftovers, and how to plan meals on a budget. The program allowed me to collaborate with professors and peers to educate athletes.
