4. United States Marine Corps: 09/2003-11/2013

-Managed and ensured the training readiness of 30 or more Full Time Employees responsible for the timely maintenance and operation of over 140 Company assets worth $6,000,000; which led to 9 successful deployments of assets and personnel to 4 different countries in the Asia-Pacific Region. 

-Coordinated over 20 job training classes on varying topics ranging from Weapons handling and properly seizing and searching detainees, to Maintenance in a Jungle environment totaling over 70 Man-Hours and leading to numerous successful training/team building events. 

-Trained over 30 employees in the proper preparation, planning, and execution of convoys, patrols; and Entry Point security in a hostile or foreign environment resulting in the successful and incident free completion of 40 transport and logistics operations.

-Saved the Company $55,000.00 in parts requisition and labor through collaborating with 3 different agencies within the company’s umbrella and utilizing government resource programs smoothing the maintenance flow despite financial cutbacks. 

-Comprised Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly work schedules for 18 on-Staff personnel to produce a timely and effective work flow, minimizing overlaps and "no-shows". 

-Collaborated with 8 different agencies within the company to provide instruction on job safety training, food delivery, work policies, benefit packages, information on the American Red Cross, and Cross-Cultural Awareness training for more than 3000 Federal Employees. 

-Maintained a Database of approximately 3000 Federal employees work history, benefits packages, an assignments and developed Weekly, Monthly; and quarterly reports for higher management. 

-Briefed more than 3000 employees on the policies and schedules pertaining to the receiving agency totaling 300 Man-hours.  

 -Created, updated, and recorded all documentation pertaining to the Company's protocol and policies for maintenance, logistical operations and dispatching, Hazardous materials handling, and safety procedures bring the company up-to-date after three years of backlog. 

-Arranged with local Law Enforcement agencies and Company Munitions Supply to transport munitions, and conduct Weapons handling/maintenance and Urban Tactics training. -Provided leadership and guidance to approximately 30 Part-Time and 5 Full-Time employees in groups of varying size to conduct day-to-day operations
