Textbook Customer Service
This job requires me to effectively communicate with customers by understanding what books they need and then finding the books aswell as answering any general questions about books or the campus store they may have. In addition to this, there are customers who are rude or difficult to deal with, this job has taught me how to properly communicate with people like this, in a way that will calm them down or ease their concerns.
The things I have learned in this job will be valuable in any future job I may have because whether I'm communicating with a customer, patient, or co-worker, communicating effectively will be essential in any career.
