This then helps us, lead ourselves, to eventually become better leaders in our personal, social, and professional spheres. 'Leadership' is not only by title, everyone is a leader. About Me

A Life-sciences professional, passionate about The Life, Learning & Leadership, I am currently managing business units of Biopharma portfolio at country level for a leading global pharma multi-national company. Driven by my own love for learning as a character strength, I have been creating the culture of learning as a strategic lever for development, and growth for business, and people. I take learning as a responsibility and hence stay in learn-share, learn-teach mode by giving talks, as I believe, to teach is to learn twice. With a keen interest in exploring and enriching Life & Leadership, I have been undergoing courses, and taking sessions on topics, ranging from management to digital to spiritual, and am also a certified Yoga teacher.
