Expectations & Results

In the Historical Sketch assignment, we were asked to research a leader in the food, nutrition, and dietetics industry to answer specific questions over and outline why they play an important role in their industry. For my paper, I researched Dr. Goglia, who is the dietician to many famous celebrities and athletes. Through this assignment, I was able to learn more about what dietetics is and what they do. I was also able to learn about what makes a dietician great, and what qualities set them above other practitioners. 

For the self-assessment assignment, we were asked to write a paper explaining our personal and academic/professional goals for the next one year, five years, and ten years. During this assignment, I was challenged to think outside of the box and analyze all the goals I have for myself for the future. This was a great assignment because I got to do a lot of self-reflection, which is something everyone needs to do every once in a while. It allowed be to outline all the goals I want to achieve and It allowed me to think of new goals I want to set for myself
