Curriculum Requirement: 

Describe, in a paragraph and using illustrations, features of basic landforms - islands, mountains, ranges, hills, valleys, peninsulas, swamps and plains in Trinidad and Tobago.

What is a landform?

According to National Geographic, a landform is a feature of Earth's surface. More on landforms here: National Geographic - Landforms

They are created by tectonic plates deep in the Earth's surface. There are a few tectonic plates.
